The Raise Your Banners political Book Fair takes place at St Peter's House on Saturday 7th November approx 11:00 AM -4:00 PM and on Sunday 8th November 10:30 am - 12:30 AM at Kala Sangam, St Peter's House, Forster Square, Bradford BD1
The Book Fair focuses on political book publishers and artist bookmakers, (including radical ones). The Fair will be of special interest to smaller presses and artists based in the North of England and Scotland. The Book Fair includes talks from authors, artists connected to the presses, and editors.

- 11:30 AM - Poetry open mic - including winners of the Poetry Competition
- 12:00 Noon - Dave Douglas reading from 'Geordies Wa Mental and The Wheels Still In Spin'
- 12:30 PM - Seni Seneviratne 'Poetry and Song of Witness'
- 1:00 PM - Little Brother 'Ranting Poetry in the Eighties'
- 1:30 PM - Gary Cavanagh 'A Bradford History of Rock and Pop'
- 2:00 PM - Bill Broady 'The Third Man: in Search of Victor Grayson'
- 2:30 PM - Keith Armstrong, 'the Jingling Geordie' 'poetry reading'
- 3:00 PM - Andy Croft 'Radical publishing'
- 3:30 PM - Poetry open mic - including winners of the Poetry Competition
Programme for Sunday:
Three choir-related workshops starting at Kala Sangam at 10:30 AM, repeated at 11:30 AM to finish at 12:30 PM
- Jo Stanley: 'Taking the Shanties off the Sailorboys: how female landlubbers appropriate worksongs and images of the sea11:45 AM ONLY
- Andrew Bibby: 'The Original Clarion Choirs: socialism and song in the 1890s and 1900s'
