WANTED!

To help plan and deliver RYB 2007 the committee needs some help and would like people to take the following roles.

Choir programme co-ordinator. This is now Keith Lander. Community and political choirs interested in getting involved should click here to download the register of interest form or contact lander_keith@yahoo.co.uk.

Workshop programme co-ordinator

Treasurer to join the committee and keep all financial records.

Accommodation for performers appearing at the Festival weekend: Nov 9th/ 10th/11th 2007

Do you:
a) live in or around Bradford/Leeds or in West Yorkshire?
b) have a spare bed or even some floor space? For one or more nights of Nov Fri 9th/Sat 10th/Sun11th?

Yes? then we need offers of free accommodation to enable over 200 individual members of political/community choirs, coming from a distance, to perform (for free) in this exciting national festival.

Please complete the form (or just e-mail me back the info) or pass onto friends, your networks/groups/choirs you’re part of, put on websites/in newsletters, and ask your contacts to pass on to their contacts/ networks!!. Potential hosts do not need to be involved in anyway with the Festival but of course are welcome to join in the fun.

Whether it seems a while ahead or very soon - we need your help NOW and we need to know ASAP.

Please return the form by email to: lander_keith@yahoo.co.uk ASAP and by 14th Sept.
(Although we’ll accept forms after this date we will start matching you up with singers requesting accommodation from 14th Sept). If there are changes after submitting the form, please notify me ASAP.

The more information you can provide on this form the more efficient we can be in matching up with those asking for accommodation. We will keep your information confidential and it will only be passed on to your identified guest(s) to be once sorted.

Sorry but we haven't got any money to pay you but we really do appreciate you doing your bit to help this national Festival happen in here in Bradford.
